The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office, Along with Other County Public Safety Agencies, to Host Oconee Night Out

(Walhalla, SC)--------------------------------------The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office will join with other Oconee County law enforcement and public safety agencies for “Oconee Night Out” on Tuesday, October 22nd. 

 

The event will take place at The Farm Center from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.  The Farm Center is located at 2063 Sandifer Boulevard.  Everyone in Oconee County is invited to attend this community event. 

 

The participating agencies include Oconee County Emergency Services, the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office, Prisma Health Ambulance Service (EMS), the Salem Police Department, the Seneca Fire Department, the Seneca Police Department, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the Walhalla Police Department, the Westminster Police Department and the West Union Police Department. 

 

“Oconee Night Out will provide all Oconee County law enforcement, and public safety agencies, the chance to continue to forge relationships with all of our citizens in a county wide event,” says Oconee County Sheriff Mike Crenshaw.  “All of the participating agencies encourage everyone to come out on Tuesday, October 22nd to meet all the personnel and see equipment from each agency on display up close.”

 

Vendors and organizations will have tables and tents set up in order to share with the community their mission and the services that they offer.
