Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Runaway Juvenile

(UPDATE: The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is happy to report that 16 year old Lydia Clegg has been located and is safe).


(Walhalla, SC)-------------------------------------The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help today in locating a runaway juvenile.

 

The Missing Person’s Unit of the Criminal Investigations Bureau is looking for 16 year old Lydia Clegg.  Lydia is 5’7” tall and weighs 190 pounds.  She was last seen wearing a black, white and yellow flannel shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

 

Lydia was last seen in the Seneca area yesterday at two separate locations after not getting on the school bus after school was dismissed.  One location was at the intersection of Highway 123 at Wells Highway and the other location was on S. Radio Station Road at Wells Highway.  Deputies and Investigators have been looking for Lydia since yesterday.
