Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Missing Walhalla Woman

UPDATE: The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is happy to report that Mary Joann Glaspy has been located and she is safe.  


(Walhalla, SC)-------------------------------------The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help tonight in locating a missing Walhalla woman.

 

79 year old Mary Joann Glaspy was reported missing this evening by a family member.  According to the family member, Mary is possibly wearing blue jeans with a denim jacket and a pink shirt.   Mary may be driving a 2008-2009 with a South Carolina tag of 294252W. 

 

Mary is 6’ tall and weighs 180 pounds.  Mary has brown eyes and currently has black hair with silver streaks.  Mary also has some health problems and is considered by the Missing Person’s Unit of the Sheriff’s Office to be a missing endangered person. 

 

Neighboring agencies in the Upstate have been notified.

 

If you have any information on the whereabouts of 79 year old Mary Joann Glaspy, or if you see a 2008-2009 Toyota Prius with South Carolina tag of 294252W, you are asked to call 911 immediately.
