Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Missing Fair Play Teenager

(UPDATE: The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is happy to report that that 15 year old Amarylis Lilly Rodriguez has been located and she is safe).


(Walhalla, SC)-------------------------------------The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help tonight in locating a missing Fair Play teenager.


15 year old Amarylis Lilly Rodriguez was reported missing by a family member this evening. Amarylis left her residence at the Thousand Trails Campground, which is located on Carolina Landing Drive, this evening. Dispatch received the initial call from the family member around 7:28pm tonight.


Deputies and Investigators from the Missing Person’s Unit have responded to the scene and are following up on any information that comes in regarding Amarylis’ possible whereabouts.


Amarylis has blond hair and blue eyes. Investigators are unsure of Amarylis’ direction of travel. Based upon information received from the family member, Amarylis may be wearing a sweat shirt and jeans.


If you have any information on the whereabouts of 15 year old Amarylis Lilly Rodriguez, you are asked to call 911 immediately.
