A Uniform Patrol deputy was dispatched to the office location on Highway 24 near Oakway the morning of November 23rd due to reports of two white males that entered the property and stole two work trucks earlier that morning. The drivers of the two work trucks then rammed the front gates of the business and headed on Highway 24 towards Anderson.

The two work trucks were both white Toyota Tacoma’s, a 2017 model and a 2019 model. Both trucks were eventually recovered in Anderson County, one on November 24th and the other truck on November 25th.

The investigation was turned over to the Criminal Investigations/School Safety Bureau. As the investigation continue, and evidence was gathered in the case, it was determined that Garrison stole one pickup truck while Todd stole the other pickup truck. Both subjects rammed the gates of Pioneer Water as they left the property.

Clark, Jr. was charged as he provided transportation to Garrison and Todd, knowing that a crime was going to be committed. After the crime was committed, Clark, Jr. benefitted personally from the crime.
