Greek Life Party Registration

By submitting this form:

1. You are stating the two contact individuals listed will be on scene during the duration of the gathering;

2. Both individuals will be sober during the time of the gathering

3. Both individuals will be available by phone if needed by law enforcement responders.

 

Should the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office receive a complaint that concerns your gathering: 

1. We will call one the two listed contacts.

a. Explain the complaint

b. Give you the opportunity to handle the complaint without law enforcement intervention.

Should the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office receive a second complaint or more concerning your gathering:

1.We will respond and attempt to meet with one of the listed contacts to take care of the complaint.

 

Submission of this form: 

1. In no way relieves the host person or group from their responsibility to act as a responsible host. 

2. The host person or group is still responsible for: 

a. Monitoring the noise

b. The age of those consuming alcoholic beverages

c. Parking

d. Making sure the people attending stay on the property of the location where the gathering is being held. 

Submitting this form:

1. DOES NOT ensure any criminal charges will NOT be filed

2. Or the function would not be shut down by Law Enforcement responders.
